Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Carriers
We ship all orders using USPS.

Order Tracking
If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders sent by USPS First Class mail do not include a tracking number.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown exactly what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have the chance not to place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will send you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try your Life Energy PEMF device at home for a full 30 days. If it is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. There is no restocking fee.

Lifetime Warranty
Every Life Energy PEMF device is covered by a lifetime warranty. If your device stops working, or if you have any workmanship-related issue with it, we will replace it with a new device.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
Email info@lovelifeenergy.com or call (855) 896-3888 and we will assign you a return tracking number. Ship the device back to us and we will inspect it. For a 30-day return, we refund the purchase price. For a warranty claim, we send you a brand new unit at no additional cost.

Return Condition
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition unless the reason for the return is a manufacturer defect or a warranty claim. Please include a signed letter stating the reason for your return along with the original receipt.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned device. No restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs
You cover the cost of shipping the device back to us, and original shipping and handling charges are not refunded. When we send out a warranty replacement, we pay the shipping.
